Intouch With Health Ltd ("Intouch", "us", "we", or "our") operates the Intouch Appointment Manager App for various UK NHS and Private Hospitals. This policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the App. It should be reviewed alongside the individual Trust own privacy policy We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the App. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

This data is also only accessible from within the Trust Wi-Fi network and is secured and encrypted for transmission using SSL certification.
By using the App, you are consenting to our processing of User Provided and Automatically Collected information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing,” means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the United Kingdom. By using the Application and providing information to us, you consent to such transfer to, and processing in, the United Kingdom.
